From Company perspective the complainant might want to know the findings of the Companies. Sometimes such information if provided to the Complainant, could lead to trigger some negative reaction later, so I do not recommend you to include findings in corrective action. The best practice for a Company is to simply acknowledge or obtain information that is necessary, So  you can include as part of your records. In terms of percentage, I think that 95% or more Companies simply acknowledge.
